8. Papillon

A distinctive characteristic of these little dogs is their high ears with long fine fur dropping down in a winglike shape. They were originally bred in Belgium and France. In addition they have beautiful long fluffy tails that require lots of grooming to prevent tangles and matting. 9. Siberian Husky
